ARCS Capital Markets Group has closed on nearly $7 million in financing for the Sedona on Laurel Apartments, a 54-unit property in Valley Village in the San Fernando Village.

ARCS’s loan Captial Markets Group arranged the loan for a 10-year, interest-only term and was seized on an interest-only basis to maximize loan proceeds. The loan will be repaid at a 6.18 percent rate.

The three-story apartment building was built in 1986. The gated complex, which is on 0.74 acres of land, has a pool, spa, covered garage and laundry facilities.
